The Natchez Trace Parkway is the seventh most frequently visited site in the National Park System and is both an All American Road and National Scenic Byway, which has criteria based on archaelogical, cultural, historic, natural, recreational and scenic qualities. There are 150 such designated byways in 46 states and the Natchez Trace Parkway is one of the five located in Tennessee. | ![]() |
